How many repetitions must still be repeated, oh my dearest? I've been acting cute around you for three hours already Yet you're not even taking note of my new t-shirt How many isaw must still be eaten, oh my dearest? How many tansan must still be collected, oh my dearest? I will do everything, even your thesis Just don't refuse what I'm looking for Just answer me, my love is an unstoppable joy And expect that you will be loved, in the afternoon, at night and in the morning Hope that you won't ask and doubt Because my heart is dread-free All of us will live quietly and full of joy How many shavings must still be shaved, oh my dearest? How many more strikes must still be struck, oh my dearest? Unlike others, I'm not a pervert I promise that I will always respect you Just answer me, my love is an unstoppable joy And expect that you will be loved, in the afternoon, at night and in the morning Hope that you won't ask and doubt Because my heart is dread-free All of us will live quietly and full of joy And expect that you will be loved, in the afternoon, at night and in the morning Hope that you won't ask and doubt Because my heart is dread-free All of us will live quietly and full of joy |
Notes:
isaw - a street food, barbequed intestines of chicken (better, search it online okay hehe, it actually tastes good, don't judge me)
tansan - it is a native term for tin, but it is also a common name for beer bottle caps
Ilang ahit pa ba ang aahitin - A play on words, ahit refers to shaving and it is actually quite odd for me to see it being used as a noun
Ilang hirit pa ba ang hihiritin - another play on words, hirit means force or strike, however, in usual conversational contexts, it refers to a person's continuous begging or reply or action. = "I've told you not to speak. Will you still continue (doing it)?"
